Free agent ILB Bradie James is not expected back with the Cowboys in 2012. James is the only player to lead the franchise in tackles for six consecutive season, but he's clearly lost a step at age 31. Sean Lee has emerged as a Pro Bowl-caliber linebacker, and the Cowboys drafted Bruce Carter in the second round last season.
