Following the NFL draft, Johnson remains a free agent. For now, there doesn't seem to be much free agent interest in Johnson, who was let go by the Jets in February, though the Dallas Morning News relays that Johnson himself suggests that he might be a good fit for the Cowboys, who did not draft a running back despite losing DeMarco Murray in free agency. Per NFL.com, Johnson, who sustained a gun shot wound to his shoulder during a March 8 incident in Florida, has resumed working out and doesn't appear to be exhibiting any lingering effects from the injury. At this stage, the Cowboys suggest that they are comfortable with their current backfield corps, but Johnson could draw some interest as the offseason progresses, once running back injuries mount.

Why can't these instant millionaires get themselves and their families out if the HOOD? Stupid beyond comprehension.

Much like he'd have a good game as soon as you bench him? Ehah. I am kind of surprised Jerruh Jones hasn't given him a look. Can't be much worse than the walking wounded DMC.

Read on Rotoworld that he signed with the Cardinals- 1 year for 2 million...Strange how that's not updated here...I mean, he has the Cardinals logo next to his name.
