Houston signed a one-year, $6 million contract with the Panthers on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Houston's last Pro-Bowl appearance was back in 2015, but the 34-year-old remains a solid pass rusher during the twilight of his career. In his last two seasons with the Ravens, he combined for 14 sacks in 29 contests, including 9.5 sacks in 2022. Even if he doesn't claim a starting gig at outside linebacker in Carolina, Houston should see plenty of snaps in a rotational role.
