Falcons released WR Tim Toone with an injury settlement. Toone was waived/injured on Thursday with an undisclosed injury. The team also released OL Phillipkeith Manley from the active roster. Manley signed with the Falcons this spring as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo. Wide receiver Drew Davis was added to the active roster.
