ESPN Panthers blogger David Newton thinks the team could release both CBs Josh Norman and Josh Thomas. Both Norman and Thomas found themselves on the weekly inactive list many times this past season. Norman played just 103 defensive snaps across three games, while Thomas saw 274 snaps and made six starts. Norman had a fine preseason but has been roasted in coverage when the games count. The Panthers would like to re-sign free agent CB Captain Munnerlyn. They were also impressed with undrafted rookie CB Melvin White in 2013.
