Dolphins released RB Larry Johnson. We didn't need to see evidence of the coaching staff's faith in Daniel Thomas after his 18-carry workload in his NFL debut, but there it is nonetheless. LJ was only signed for depth with Thomas nursing a hamstring injury. He's no longer needed after rushing just once for two yards with the Fins.
