Cutler's (thumb) status isn't expected to be revealed until the Bears' inactive list is released prior to Sunday night's kickoff against the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Cutler has not practiced this week due to a sprained right thumb and isn't anticipated to play versus Dallas, but the Bears won't make a definitive ruling on his status known until posting their inactive list approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's kickoff. Even if Cutler is surprisingly made available, it's worth questioning how effective he'd be considering his poor showing prior to exiting Monday's game against the Eagles. Most likely, Brian Hoyer will be handed the keys to the Bears' offense, which despite his starting experience, isn't a very exciting proposition for Sunday's primetime appearance.
