Crowell rushed 12 times for 63 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's loss to Cincinnati. He also gained 16 yards on three receptions (four targets).
EDGE Analysis
After being held to just 38 rushing yards and no scores over his last two tilts, Crowell busted out of his slump Sunday, averaging 5.3 yards per carry and finding pay dirt. He did, however, only rush 12 times -- a season low -- but that can be contributed to the Browns being down on the scoreboard for the majority of the game. The 23-year-old will face a tough test in Week 8 against a qualify run defense in the Jets, but his workload could increase if Kevin Hogan makes his first NFL start.
