Craig Dahl and Darian Stewart are alternating reps with the first-team defense at free safety. These two also battled for the job in 2011, with Dahl opening the season with the gig. That lasted just five games though, as Stewart took over for the final 11 games of the season. The Rams secondary actually ranked seventh in the league last year.
