Cowboys claimed S Akwasi Owusu-Ansah and P Jake Rogers off waivers. Owusu-Ansah was originally drafted by Dallas in the fourth round two years ago. Held back early in his career by a pre-draft labrum tear, he's been primarily a special teamer in the NFL. Rogers is a camp leg behind Chris Jones.
