Cousins completed 21-of-36 passes for 283 yards and two touchdowns in Monday's 27-17 loss to the Seahawks. Cousins wasn't as good as the statistics indicate, as he largely struggled to move the ball, but did find DeSean Jackson for gains of 60 and 57 yards. While the 57-yard gain required an incredibly difficult throw, Cousins also missed some easier passes, especially early in the game. Of course, once you account for the opponent and the Redskins' inability to run the ball, this was an encouraging performance for a quarterback coming off a five-turnover game. Cousins is inconsistent, and he sometimes makes horribly ill-advised plays, but he's also proven to be quite capable of making superstar-caliber throws. He draws a potentially difficult matchup against the Cardinals next week, but with Arizona bothered by some key defensive injuries, Cousins might find things to his liking.
