Coach Tom Coughlin confirmed Monday that Cruz will undergo surgery to repair his torn right patellar tendon, ESPN.com reports. Cruz, who suffered the injury in Sunday night's loss to the Eagles, is thus out for the season, with Odell Beckham, Preston Parker and perhaps Corey Washington, candidates to see added opportunities in the Giants' offense in the coming weeks.
