Coach Chip Kelly confirmed Monday that Foles (collarbone) is out for Sunday's game against the Giants, the Eagles' official site reports. With the Eagles out of playoff contention, Foles' 2014 season is over, with Mark Sanchez set to remain the team's starter at QB in Week 17. Foles now has plenty of time to recover from his latest injury, with the expectation being that he will head into training camp next season healthy and atop the Eagles' QB depth chart.
