Clay will likely end up with the Bills, the Buffalo News reports. One source reportedly put the chances around 90 percent, even though Clay has yet to sign an offer sheet. The Bills are apparently still figuring out the best way to draw up a contract that will be tough for Miami to match, without drastically overpaying the veteran tight end. The Dolphins recently signed fellow tight end Jordan Cameron to a two-year, $15 million contract, so it would be a bit surprising if they decided to match a large offer for Clay. It's possible the Dolphins are just leaking reports that say they want to keep Clay, hoping to get a division rival to overpay for a player that will inevitably sign there. Of course, given Cameron's injury history and the possibility of relying on two-tight end sets, it's also entirely possible that the Dolphins really do want to match Buffalo's eventual offer.

Solid TE with injury issues, seems like that buffalo offense is looking better by the day
