Chiefs released TE Anthony Becht. Becht came oh-so-close to cracking the final roster, mostly based on Tony Moeaki's ACL tear. Instead, the Chiefs claimed Steve Maneri off waivers perhaps to be a tight end in jumbo packages. Becht is strictly a blocking specialist.
