Chargers WR Mike Willie has been "standing out" in training camp. Willie went undrafted in 2012 and spent the majority of the season on practice squad. With Malcom Floyd and Eddie Royal dealing with injuries, he's competing for a 53-man roster spot. The Union-Tribune San Diego expects Willie to draw interest on waivers if he doesn't make final cuts.
