Chargers tendered exclusive rights free agent WR/KR Richard Goodman and LS Mike Windt. Both will receive $540,000 salaries in 2012 and be eligible for restricted free agency in 2013. Goodman, essentially a younger version of Kassim Osgood, didn't catch a pass last season but averaged a robust 27.5 yards per kick return, including a 105-yard touchdown. He also made five special teams tackles.
