Buccaneers signed QB Mike Kafka, formerly of the Jaguars. Kafka, 26, was a fourth-round stab by Andy Reid's Eagles in the 2010 draft. He's appeared in four career games as a backup, completing 11-of-16 throws for 107 yards and two interceptions. Simply lacking NFL-caliber passing tools, Kafka will likely serve as a "camp arm" before being waived prior to the season.
