The Texans are being overly cautious with their left tackle and may keep Brown on the physically unable to perform list to open the season. If he remains on the PUP list to start the season, Brown will not be eligible to return until after Week 6. Meanwhile, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports sources indicating no final decision about the PUP list has been made, but it wouldn't be surprising if Brown was at least held out of the first game. Chris Clark has been filling at left tackle while Brown has been unavailable.
