Broncos DC Jack Del Rio said SS Quinton Carter (knee) "looks pretty good." Carter hasn't appeared in a game since Week 3 of the 2012 season due to knee issues. He had microfracture surgery before suffering a setback last summer. Carter has spent the past two seasons on I.R. The Broncos' website believes Carter could compete with Rahim Moore for the starting job next to T.J. Ward. If the Broncos get anything out of Carter, it'd be viewed as a positive.
