Brian Hartline (hamstring) practiced in full on Wednesday. Hartline was limited last week after tweaking a groin injury on Thursday before Week 9. He suited up against the Colts and had an eight-catch, 107-yard afternoon. Hartline has only found the end zone once this season and has been as inconsistent as it gets, but he has a juicy matchup with a woefully bad Tennessee defense this Sunday.
