Bills CB Justin Rogers will start at right cornerback in Week 1. With Stephon Gilmore (wrist) expected to miss the first six weeks, Rogers will start opposite Leodis McKelvin. The Bills will go with a rotation of undrafted rookie Nickell Robey and Ron Brooks in their nickel package.
