Bell rushed for 56 yards on seven carries in Sunday's loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Bell's 32-yard rush during the Lions' opening drive was the team's longest of the season and his 56 rushing yards more than doubled his season total coming into the game. With a new offensive coordinator looking over Detroit's dismal running game, a shakeup may be in store and while it is hard to read too much into the rushing stats of a team that was blown out, the fact that Bell's primary competition for carries, rookie Ameer Abdullah, had just one touch through the game, makes Bell a player worth keeping an eye on.
