Anderson completed 25-of-40 passes for 277 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Bucs, also adding 14 rushing yards on five carries. Anderson got the start in place of the injured Cam Newton (back), and he beat the Bucs for the second time this season. Anderson connected with five different receivers, though he focused heavily on tight end Greg Olsen, who caught 10 passes on 13 targets for 110 yards. If Newton is unable to practice this week, Anderson will likely be under center in Week 16 against the Browns, who are allowing the ninth-fewest passing yards per game this season.
