Allen hauled in a gorgeous 28-yard touchdown late in the opening quarter, but that was his only catch of the first half. He added a 31-yard grab in the second half, but Philip Rivers spread things around, completing at least one pass to eight different receivers. Stevie Johnson (hamstring) and Maclom Floyd (concussion) both left the game Sunday, so Allen might see even more targets than usual in Week 5 against Pittsburgh, if those wideouts are unavailable.
