Apparently, teams don't want to see Davis get further along in his Achilles' rupture rehab before making a commitment. NFL.com's Ian Rapoport suggests Davis is healthy "now" even though he sustained his injury just five months ago. If this turns into a bidding war situation, the Browns certainly have the edge over the cap-strapped Redskins.
