Boldin caught just five of 13 targets for 37 yards in Sunday's win over the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran failed to continue a string of recent production despite being peppered with targets by Blaine Gabbert once again, but he still tied for the team lead in receptions. Boldin has seen plenty of attention from Gabbert through the latter's four starts, but lean weeks such as this will occur, given the fickle nature of the 49ers offense. Despite the modest production Sunday, Boldin should have the chance to rebound next week against the Browns.

Boldin (hamstring) is active for Sunday's contest at Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Boldin had no trouble fitting in every practice rep this week in anticipation of a matchup with the Bears, who have allowed 12 YPC and two touchdowns to wideouts over the past two games.

Boldin (hamstring) caught eight of 11 targets for 93 yards in Sunday's 19-13 loss to Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
In another tough matchup, Boldin was once again productive, showing a good rapport with QB Blaine Gabbert. Boldin missed two games before San Francisco's Week 10 bye, but he's actually been productive in his last five contests, catching 29 of 46 targets for 434 yards and a touchdown. He'll attempt to stay on a roll next week against the Bears.

Boldin (hamstring) is active for Sunday's contest against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Taking the field last Sunday for the first time since Week 7, Boldin gutted out 43 of the 49ers' 53 offensive snaps in a five-catch, 93-yard outing. A matchup with the Cardinals would typically mean a battle with Patrick Peterson, but the cornerback is tending to an ankle injury, which the 35-year-old Boldin will attempt to exploit.

Boldin (hamstring) hauled in five of seven targets for 93 yards in Sunday's 29-13 loss at Seattle.
EDGE Analysis
It was a brutal matchup for Boldin and he didn't appear to be 100 percent, looking gimpy on some routes. He also spent a little time on the bench in the first half, while the 49ers had the ball, warming up his tender hamstring. However, he made a number of tough grabs in traffic, and seemed to have a solid rapport with Blaine Gabbert, who did a nice job in the loss, completing 22 of 34 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown. Assuming Boldin made it out of Sunday's game without any setback, he'll have another tough matchup in Week 12 against the Cardinals.

Boldin (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday at Seattle, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
EDGE Analysis
With two DNPs and the team's bye week on the ledger, Boldin is playing for the first time since Week 7, which doubled as the initial 49ers-Seahawks showdown of the season. In that contest, the 35-year-old managed three catches for 39 yards before his departure.

Boldin (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
EDGE Analysis
After missing the last two games, Boldin came out of a bye and logged limited practice throughout the week. He'll likely come down to a game-time decision in a difficult matchup, but it's worth noting that Richard Sherman shadowed Torrey Smith the last time these teams played.

Boldin (hamstring) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Liz Mathews of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Limited for a second straight day, Boldin may need to get in a full practice before he's cleared to play for the first time since Week 7. Even if he ends up making his return, the matchup in Seattle is far from ideal.

Boldin (hamstring) was limited at Wednesday's practice, John Dickinson of 95.7 The Game San Francisco reports.
EDGE Analysis
Such a designation implies that Boldin was contained to individual drills, with clearance required to take part in the contact portions of practice. Additionally, a limited showing backs up head coach Jim Tomsula's comments from Monday indicating that Boldin is not yet up to full speed. Boldin's progress, or lack thereof, will be imperative to monitor as the week rolls on to discover whether he'll suit up for the first time since Week 7.

Boldin is expected to return to practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
EDGE Analysis
While preparing for a Week 7 divisional matchup with the Seahawks, Boldin's practice reps were contained due to a hamstring injury, but he still took the field. He aggravated the ailment the next week, missing every practice in the interim before using the 49ers' Week 10 bye for further rehabilitation. On Monday, head coach Jim Tomsula said that Boldin wasn't at full speed yet, which indicates that he'll likely earn a limited designation, at best, Wednesday. Once practice concludes, Tomsula will clarify Boldin's activity level, which should be monitored closely as the week rolls along.
