Paul (concussion) is listed as active Monday against the Seahawks, Mike Jones of the Washington Post reports. Paul practiced in full both Friday and Saturday, intimating that the concussion suffered on Sept. 25 was behind him. Because Jordan Reed (hamstring) remains out of commission, Paul will once again act as the main man at tight end in Week 5.

Maybe someone should tell Cousins that he's active. It'd be nice for him to throw the ball his way at some point.
