Harbor had three catches for 22 yards in Sunday's loss to the Steelers. In his second game since returning from a calf injury, Harbor caught three of four targets as the Jags' top tight end with Marcedes Lewis (ankle) still sidelined. While any pass-catcher in the lackluster Jacksonville offense's upside is limited, Harbor should continue to see targets as the No. 1 tight end, as Lewis is not eligible to return until Nov. 11.
