Williams (knee) was not present at the portion of Friday's practice that was open to the media, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. If he misses all of Friday's practice, he will have sat out for three straight days, though coach Doug Marrone did note earlier in the week that Williams could play Sunday despite not practicing. The Bills will release their official injury designations later on Friday.
