Ellington (foot) was limited in Thursday's practice, FOX Sports 910 Phoenix reports. Upgraded from a no-show Wednesday, Ellington fulfilled his hope that he'd be able to practice before the week was complete. Until the muscle injury in his left foot is a thing of the past, his activity level in drills will likely include a cap. However, his status should again be confirmed upon the release of Friday's injury report.
