The Giants promoted Talley to the active roster Tuesday, Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports. Talley was added from the practice squad to take the roster spot of Jerrel Jernigan (foot), who was placed on injured reserve. He will slot in as the sixth receiver on the Giants' depth chart, or fifth if Odell Beckham (hamstring) is omitted. Either way, his fantasy impact will likely be minimal.
