The league and the NFLPA have not finalized their proposed agreement regarding revision to the league's drug programs, according to NFL VP of PR Greg Aiello. As a result, Scandrick's suspension has not been officially rescinded at this time. The two sides may ultimately finalize their agreement Saturday, but Scandrick's availability for Week 2 is uncertain as there are still details that need to be cleared up before the players impacted will be able to get on the field again.
