Hill (quadriceps) did not practice Thursday, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Hill has now missed consecutive practice days after straining his quad during Sunday's season opener. As a result, backup Austin Davis continued to handle most of the Rams' reps on offense, as St. Louis prepares the second-year quarterback in case Hill is ruled out. That certainly appears a possibility, but Hill's status should be updated as Sunday's game against the Buccaneers draws closer.
