Allen (ribs) practiced fully Thursday, the Chargers' official site reports. At this stage, there is nothing to suggest that Allen's rib issue will prevent him from suiting up in Monday's game against the Cardinals. He's slated to remain the Chargers' top wideout this season, with Malcom Floyd in line to occupy the starting spot opposite Allen.
