Williams and quarterback EJ Manuel have been developing a nice rapport in the red zone, BuffaloBills.com reports. Said the veteran receiver, "I always tell them there's a 96-percent chancethe other 4-percent is their fault. I always tell them, throw it to the clouds, I'm going to find a way to bring it down." Williams has never had more than 65 catches in a season and if the Buffalo receiving group stays in modestly good health, there may not be enough footballs to go around to approach that number. That said, the Bills were awful in the red zone last season and Williams and Scott Chandler may be the only natural threats they have in close range, so perhaps Williams - who has 25 receiving touchdowns in four NFL seasons - can become Manuel's go-to guy in those situations.
