Multiple team sources told NFL Network's Charley Casserly that Johnny Manziel has brought a "first-in, last-out mentality" to Browns training camp despite his offseason partying. Casserly was also told by club sources Manziel is "doing fine" with the playbook after coach Mike Pettine described it as a pre-camp obstacle for the rookie. After attending Browns practice, Casserly came away believing Brian Hoyer offers "no outstanding physical traits." We still tentatively expect Hoyer to start Week 1, and Manziel to replace him by no later than Cleveland's Week 4 bye.

i read this on NFL.com many hours ago. the real story is better than the stupid cliff notes version with personal views injected by rotoworld. the real story said that after visiting the Browns practice, he believes neither QB is the answer for the Browns. in other words, Hoyer has the edge because he has some brains but has deep ball accuracy issues and Johnny looks no better at anything.

The Browns will say anything to make Johnny look like the outstanding, hard worker that he is not. they suck when it comes to drafting QB's.
