Bengals owner/GM Mike Brown believes walk-year QB Andy Dalton will be the team's quarterback for the "immediate future." Brown also endorsed a Colin Kaepernick-style "pay as you go" type contract for Dalton's deal, and admitted the franchise tag is a possibility for 2015. All in all, it's not a very strong endorsement, definitely not the kind you'd hear from an owner talking about someone he considered a franchise quarterback.
