The Cowboys are "hoping" Kyle Orton reports for next week's mandatory minicamp. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported in May that Orton had informed the Cowboys he plans to retire, but either they have gotten the memo, or Orton is still deciding. Orton will be forced to pay back $3 million of his $5 million 2012 signing bonus if he decides to hang up his cleats.
