Emmanuel Lamur is expected to be the Bengals' starting strong-side linebacker. Lamur missed all of last season with a shoulder injury and will be a big addition to the 2014 defense. At 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, he's an athletic freak who can cover tight ends. New DC Paul Guenther loves Lamur, who is also a core special teams player. He and Vontaze Burfict could play every down, while MLB Rey Maualuga is in on early downs. Vincent Rey will back up at all three spots.
