Rob Gronkowski (knee) said it's too early to tell if he'll be ready for Week 1. "Oh man, that's too far away. I'm just improving every day right now," Gronkowski said. "I'm working hard every day to put myself in the best situation so that I'm ready." What else would you expect to hear from a Patriots player? Gronkowski underwent surgery for a torn ACL and MCL on January 9. Prepare for a second consecutive summer of mostly empty Gronkowski "updates."

Hard to figure if I should "Keep" him for this season.

Do it! He's only 24!! double digit tds and 1k yards might even outscore graham!

If he can stay healthy he'll be a top 3 TE. Might even outscore Jimmy Graham. You probably want to keep him. (depends on who else you have tho)

in a deep league, he is a keeper. in small leagues, you can prob drop him and pick him up again in the middle rounds. the "IF" factor is a killer.

Other possibilities on the roster include Spiller, Decker, Garcon and Rice(Not touching). I guess I will wait until the last minute before Keepers lock to see how he's doing.

Hey Joe. What do you think of all the hoopla surrounding the name change of Washington?

joegibbskins07 Wed 4/30/14 1:27 PM

as a die hard skins fan, i could not care less. what i do know is that many predominant American Indian schools also have the nickname "redskins" and wear it with pride so if the 1% feels insulted then it must suck to be them. to compare it to the N-word is a bad joke and black people should feel insulted that the 1% compares it to the 100% of blacks that are truly insulted by the N-word. change the name to the warriors, i don't care. until then... GO REDSKINS!

lol...thanks. I don't understand it, but I am not of Indian ancestry. I just don't see the negative overtones.

i have some Indian friends and have never heard anyone called a redskin. an injin, yes. a redskin, no. the real kicker is, all my Indian friends are redskins fans. I am sorry those 1% are so insulted but people love the redskins so be proud.
