Chiefs RB Knile Davis did not require surgery to repair his fractured fibula. Davis suffered the injury in Kansas City's Wild Card playoff loss to the Colts. He also sprained his left knee. Davis is "healed and doing everything" in the Chiefs' offseason conditioning program, according to coach Andy Reid. The 22-year-old sophomore back returns as Jamaal Charles' fantasy handcuff.
