You guys are stupid. You have to evaluate a guy and see if he can play at the next level. You can't just throw him out there and expect him to dominant
With a guy like Tavon Austin you know exactly what he's going to bring to the table. He's an electrifying player who needs space. Get the guy in space and he will produce at a very high level.

With 8th over all pick I think that's exactly what you do. First round picks are expected to contribute immediately.
