Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti stated at the NFL meetings Monday that "nothing would make (me) happier" than extending Torrey Smith's contract. Bisciotti says he'd like a deal hammered out before May's draft. Smith is owed just $837,168 in 2014, so an extension would cost Baltimore salary cap space. Only 25 years old -- he just turned in late January -- Smith earned the praise of Ravens coaches in 2013 for effectively handling double-team coverage. He posted career highs in catches (65) and receiving yards (1,128).
