Bucs re-signed LB Jonathan Casillas to a one-year contract. Casillas, 26, appeared in 12 games as a part-time starter at SAM linebacker prior to going on injured reserve with a knee injury. He's expected to be ready for the start of the Bucs' offseason program and could compete for a starting role in 2014.
