Profootballtalk reports that free agent Riley Cooper is more of a priority for the Eagles to re-sign than Jeremy Maclin. It's PFT's Mike Florio's understanding that "it's not even close." This contradicts a Philadelphia Inquirer report from last weekend that the team would prefer to re-sign Maclin over Cooper. Florio has been all over Cooper this month. Last week, a source informed PFT that Cooper will be in "significant demand" once free agency opens March 11. Cooper doesn't have quite the injury history Maclin does and broke out in coach Chip Kelly's offense in 2013. Maclin is still an unknown to the current Eagles staff. Both players would have suitors on the open market.
