Demaryius Thomas set a new Super Bowl record for receptions (13) in Sunday's blowout loss to Seattle, totaling 118 yards and a touchdown. Running screens and quick slants, Thomas' first six receptions went for gains of two, six, three, seven, one, and nine. He finally got loose downfield for 19 late in the second quarter, beating Seahawks RCB Byron Maxwell on a comeback jump ball. Demaryius committed the Broncos' third turnover of the game late in the third quarter when Maxwell popped the ball loose at the end of a reception. He did convert Denver's lone score on a 14-yard TD on the last play of the third, high-pointing Peyton Manning's pass over Maxwell. Thomas has posted back-to-back seasons of 90-plus catches, over 1,400 yards, and double-digit touchdowns. He'll be a top-three fantasy wideout pick in 2014.
