Saints CB Keenan Lewis exited Saturday's Wild Card game against the Eagles with a head injury and is doubtful to return. He's being evaluated for a possible concussion. Lewis led with the crown of his helmet on a hit to Jason Avant in the third quarter and had to be helped off the field. He was playing shutdown coverage on DeSean Jackson before exiting, holding him to zero catches on one target. Rod Sweeting is in the game at right cornerback.
