Cam Newton played through a toe injury in Carolina's Week 15 win over the Jets. Coach Ron Rivera confirmed the injury is "not that big a deal" at his Monday press conference. Cam suffered the injury late in the second quarter against the Jets. There was some question at halftime whether he'd start the third quarter. He did and did not miss a snap. Newton did not even undergo X-rays on the toe, and Rivera confirmed Cam does not have turf toe.

Need to start 2 of these 3, Newton, Brady, and Cutler. Cutler has a great matchup vs the eagles, brady has been very brady like lately, but with a tough matchup vs the ravens, and newton struggled last time vs the saints and his toe is banged up. Still he has a great upside in a game the panthers are playing to win, and might have to outgun brees at some point. Thoughts?
