James Starks was limited to 19 yards on seven carries in the Packers' Week 14 win over the Falcons. Starks' playing time received a bump when Eddie Lacy missed a handful of snaps following a late-second-quarter ankle injury, but otherwise he's just a change-up back and fantasy handcuff. Starks is barely worth rostering in 12-team leagues for fantasy playoff Weeks 15 and 16. The Packers play Dallas next.
